Growth Path for Setters

You get a proven growth path within our team here at Early To Rise so that you can be a key player of the mission we’re on together!

This growth path can average 2-4 months which is all completely dependent on your performance – meaning, your growth could happen even before the 2 month period if you’re an absolute rock star!

Here’s the Stages to your growth within our high performance team:

Stage 1: Outbound Setter

You’ll complete daily outbound revenue generating activities, calling our list of pre-nurtured prospects, and setting calls onto the sales team’s calendar.

 

Stage 2: Qualifying Setter

You’ll set your own qualifying calls on your calendar to further enhance your sales technique, and screen the best of the best clientele, then pass on prospects to our team’s closers.

 

Stage 3: Closer 

You’ll be put “on calendar” – receiving hot leads onto your calendar ready to buy, all you have to do is help prospects get over the finish line and become new clients.

You will receive the top sales training available on the market today, along with team meetings, feedback and insights on how to quickly improve as an A-Player sales pro!

The Role

We are looking for dedicated call setters with experience in either, Door-to-Door Reps, SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, High Ticket Sales Reps, who want to plug into a proven sales process with the ability to make uncapped earnings, completely remote.

Someone who will live by our core values, helping us in achieving our mission to enrich the lives of others, by converting more interested prospects into happy clients.

This person will be professional and persistent. Motivated to learn — in detail — the benefits and tangible results ETR provides its clients so they can be clearly matched and communicated to new prospects.

Key Skill-Set

  • Minimum 1 year experience in booking qualified leads over the phone, email, text messaging and social media platforms

  • Consistently meet / exceed targets

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent and dedicated outreach skills

  • Working knowledge of various platforms; phone apps, direct messaging, email outreach

  • Self-disciplined to work independently within a remote environment

  • Takes initiative and can confidently direct call interactions

  • Imagination to be able to think on the fly and adapt to new situations

  • Highly aware of all factors related to optimal performance and tracks own numbers / KPI’s daily

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly & annual analyses

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending weekly sales team training calls, reviewing suggested professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

  • Attend and participate in daily sales & weekly team meetings

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
