The Role: High-Ticket Closer

This is a commission-based remote sales role for a high-integrity, self-motivated closer who can convert pre-qualified leads into premium coaching clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 3 years experience closing high-ticket offers ($5K+)
  • Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed KPIs
  • Confidence, poise, and emotional intelligence to lead conversations with high-level entrepreneurs
  • Experience with sales via phone, DMs, Zoom, and email
  • Obsessive about follow-up, CRMs, and closing
  • Able to work remotely, independently, and ruthlessly focused
  • Hunger for self-improvement—you're coachable, committed, and competitive
  • You’re not looking for a “job”—you want to be part of a mission

Daily Responsibilities

  • Handle pre-qualified inbound leads and follow-up pipeline (DMs, calls, emails)
  • Track and manage your KPIs daily (set rate, show rate, close rate)
  • Attend daily huddles and weekly sales training calls
  • Report on metrics, call performance, objections, and lessons learned
  • Continuously sharpen your sales skills and product knowledge
